My mother was from Vualtjere (Vilhelmina), close to Faepmie (Fatmomakke). These two are - presumably - two South Saami girls from Faepmie, but the girl on the left might actually be a Lule Saami girl. Her collar is not usually of the type found in southern Sápmi, but it is similar to the collars worn by the Lule Saami.
